Pizza Hut, Chesapeake, Virginia Restaurant Details

Terrible experience !
If i could give 0 stars i would. We waited over an hour of a half for two medium pizzas. They were CLEARLY older pizzas and when i called to ask where our food was, a very rude girl immediately put me on hold. If you want pizza hut, just order pick up on the battlefield location.

There are so many reasons why I would never waste my money here so let me just number them:
1. Took an hour and a half to get our pizza when we literally live 3 minutes away.
2. Was garunteed that we would not receive a cold pizza after calling asking where are pizza was and when will we get it.
3. Finally get our pizza and it's cold, hard as rock, and undercooked.
Don't even bother ordering from here it will end up with money wasted and a full pizza in the garbage can.

We ordered our pizza at 9:37 pm because we had people over for a party and after I paid online I was then notified that it would be an hour and a half before we received it (11:07 pm). I tried calling several times when it was 11:17 pm and I still hadn't received my food but kept getting redirected to the customer service hotline (since the store wasn't answering) and they were closed. So I had no way to contact anyone because they would not answer. After an hour past we gave up and decided that it wasn't coming and that we would go up there tomorrow to get our money back and speak to a manager. Our family left at midnight, hungry. We were just about to go to sleep when we heard a knock at the door, now 1:19 am, and it's the PIZZA. We were didn't know if we should take it or not. We told the kid we had ordered it 4 1/2 hours ago is it even fresh? He said honestly, it did get cold so it's been in the hot box for a long time. We took the pizza because we were starving and had already paid for it. We tipped the driver because we don't knoe if it was his fault but when we opened the box the pizzas were burnt, dry and the sauce was warmed so long that it dried up. My husband took one bit and that was it because it was so disgusting. We spent $30 for this? Not only was it 3 hours past the time we were supposed to receive it but it wasn't even fresh pizza. We are going up there tomorrow with the pizza and demanding our money back. It was almost like a bad joke and to boot how rude was it for Pizza Hut to send someone to our house at almost 1:30 in the morning from an order that was made at 9:30. We could have been asleep. I'm so dissatisfied, disgusted and in disbelief over how crumby their customer service is to their customers who spend their hard earned money with them and how they didn't even offer to refund our money after this. It is horrible.

Zero stars... Has Always taken them at least over a hour and a half to deliver it... tonight ordered pizza at 8:30 and it was delivered at 10:18... pizza is just barely warm. Cheese sticks very soggy. Ended up putting it all in the oven for a few min. The 3 or 4 times we've order just haven't been pleasent at all. Very Poor customer service with a pizza that we got that was all smashed onto one side of the box. Don't bother with ordering here.
