Worse customer service ever!
The shift manager named "Davida" was extremely rude when she was taking my order and other customer order.. I understand that she was busy, but there is no need to be rude. I work as well in a restaurant (Chipotle) and I'm a manager too, and from my experience a love giving a great experience to every one, even if we are busy. There is no need to be rude even if you having a long day.

I hope you guys do something about her!

Food:

I ordered a large stuffed crust sausage pizza, it took an hour an half for them to make the pizza, when I went to go pick it up the staff was rude. When I got home to eat the pizza the sausage on the pizza tasted old and under cooked. I called and spoke to the manger, he offered to give me the money back, I asked could you remake a pizza with a different topping and he said no. I will no longer eat at this pizza hut.

Bad customer service they need to consider a lot more when hiring anyone! Telling me one pizza is 28 dollars is ridiculous! And doesn't even bother to explain why it is 28 dollars! Very bad attitude!

Delivery took way longer than it should have (longer than an hour). When the guy finally delivered the food, the pizza was lukewarm and the box was bent. I had to reheat the pizza and wings before even taking a bite. What's worse is that I ordered (and paid for) extra dipping sauces. When I realized that they were not included in my delivery the driver brushed it off with a "you'll have to take it up with the store" and drove off. Haven't had Pizza Hut in a LONG time and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately the experience was nowhere near what it should have been. This location won't be getting my business again.

Tonia will make it right for you. We had a misunderstanding with our order, but she went twice the extra mile to make sure we walked out of there with big smile on our faces. We'll definitely be back.
