Pizza Hut utilizing a call center for their orders and not being able to speak to folks in the store is the worst business practice ever! I put an order in online and then needed to speak to the store about specifics and I was on hold for over 20 minutes and was given the run around about speaking to someone in the store. Finally, they indicated I would be able to speak with a manager that would update me on my order and then let me speak to personnel at the store. I was place on hold again for an additional 10 minutes. I hung up to call back in order to get through to the store in which I then had to leave a message. We will never utilize this company again for our event.

I will not order from them no more they care about there customers me and my family we not order from them anymore I lost 30$ from them when I told them I am not coming back and the just said OK (SMH)

I had place an order online, and at the time they deliver to my place the order was incomplete, so the delivery girl told me that she was coming back with the missing things and I wait an hour and half and she never show up with the things, really disappointment with the service, I called to the store and no body help me their phone line service is terrible, and besides all this I never got anything back but yet they did charge the whole thing.

Real unprofessional waste of my time. Ordered online, called customer support to confirm my order and was told all was okay, I had asked to speak with my location office and was told someone would call me which never happened..... Guy tries to deliver my pizza card did not go thru which is why I contacted the office in the first place to confirm the order so I had to give it back, now without my pizza I ordered. Call centers for Pizza Hut? Call center sucks and has no clue whats going on. First time ordering from Pizza Hut in a long time and will be the last time.. I'll just stick with Papa John's.. Okay thought I was done with my review of this store, but no there is more. They tried to deliver to my address again hours later and asked for money, I told them I had tried to pay with my credit card and the same issues had occurred earlier. I feel bad for the guys making a blank trip 2 times but someone there at that location is a complete idiot who can't do his job. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY..
