Pizza Hut, El Paso, Texas Restaurant Details

Food:

I used to love this Pizza Hut, but lately the quality of the good and customer service has gone downhill. Waiting over 30 minutes to take out a pizza that was ordered online is not okay.

Food:

Our server was great. She always is a lady with glasses. I have been going there for years. The manager however or at least I think he is was unhelpful. We walked up to go pay and as he saw us approach the front he walked away after seeing us and just stood in the kitchen. The server is all over the place doing everrything she was the one who came to help us . I just feel she deserves more credit and should be manager comparing the two

I don't usually leave reviews on places (much less bad ones) but this place is horrible. pizza just fell apart in my hands, it was extremely greasy, and the dough was so undercooked that it may have well been mashed potatoes. the cheese, toppings and everything just slid right off, not to mention that the thing in general looked discolored and disgusting. :^)

very bad service i ordered some buffalo wings and then 2 minutes later i called back to add a coke to my order and was on hold for more than 10 minutes so i hang up and called back and told them to add the coke to my order and they said they'll update my order, and the pizza guy arrived and he didn't had the coke and i said what happened and he said he didn't know and he didn't even do anything about it.

How do I start, the restaurant is empty, the cashier and the manager are handling a complaint and we aren't even greeted. We wait over 5min before we decide to seat ourselves. Our waitress brings us menus without an introduction or greeting. I think all Pizza Hut chains should close down or fire the management and care about customers. No refills or check back. Over 30min to make a pizza when the restaurant is empty? Please get your pizza somewhere else.
