Pizza Hut, Fresno, California Restaurant Details

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Worst service, rudest worker. Incompetent and unhelpful staff. First they missed part of our order and than they brought us the wrong pizza. When I called to have them deliver the right pizza. They said to bring the pizza to the store and there was nothing else they could do. I explained I have a foot injury and I can't drive or walk. They made a mistake on their end and its their responsibility to fix the problem. He just hung up on me. Every Time when I asked to speak to a manager. The Person on the phone claimed to be a manger. So I spoke to 3 mangers in the span of 30 min 1)victor 2)Carlos 3)Daniel. So I called a taxi and took the pizza back after paying 23 dollars for round trip for the taxi. I never received such horrible service any where. All they had to do was bring us the right order. Which they refused to do. I read other reviews and apparently these people been messing up other people's orders too. I suggest you avoid this particular Pizza Hut (1839 w Clinton ave) and visit or order from one of other several locations around in Fresno.

Just ordered a 3 item pizza online with anchovies, mushroom, and olives. When it came in it had no anchovies so I called the store and they said their online system has anchovies as an option but their store doesn't carry them. They could have called us and asked if we wanted another topping but they didn't. They pretty much admitted they know and they don't care. Their attitude on the phone was pretty much we know, its not our fault, deal with it, not even an apology.

Worst Pizza last night 01/19/2014. Ordered online $90 dollars worth of Supremes and Meat Lover's pan pizza. It was like 3 wisps of veggies each on the Supremes that we couldn't tell at a glance which pizzas were which. There were practically no meat on them so we called them "Meat Hater" pizzas. No offense to vegans or vegetarians.

To think I gave them a tip along with the delivery fee... And ended up with this mess. I called to complain but they placed me on hold until I hung up.

First and last time we are ordering from this 1839 W Clinton Ave Pizza Hut. The north Fresno location and the one by City College makes the best pizzas but this one is taking the whole corporate image down. AVOID THIS ONE. If you insist on Pizza Hut, save your money and order from a different one. On short notice, we ended up just getting deep dish Little Caesars. Compared to what we got, LC was 100% better.

Our dog who just gave birth ended up with what we could no longer stand.

I order pizza from this place all the time they are fast. And as far as pizza goes is ok I mean pizza how good can it get.
