Been ordering here for a while, just checked the reviews and was surprised.. so heres my review.

4 stars, always on time, only problems.. most of the time ignore my request to go light on cheese and sauce. :( only had one order come wrong, (no toppings)

I waited 50 min for my pizza and I get a call letting me know that they were outside... turns out they tried to deliver to the wrong address. Then I get a call from this location telling me that my physical address is outside of their "zone" and that they will call another pizza Hut to make me a new pizza. I live 5 min away from both these locations. Now I have to wait an extra 45 min for my pizza to be ready for pick up not delivery. I already paid for the pizza with my card and they couldn't go the extra mile to deliver my original pizza.

Read all reviews. They were all negative. I ordered at 6pm was told would arrive at 6:40. It came at 6:25. Every one was friendly food was hot and fresh. And exactly what I ordered. Maybe I got lucky, but I didn't find anything out of the ordinary

Horrible service they cant figure out which store delivers to me and i live 1mile away. Then the store they told me to call couldnt figure it out either. I will never order again

ABSOLUTELY REVOLTING PIZZA. I ordered a large cheese pizza for their flat $10.00 promo. The pizza was so undercooked that I decided to take it back to complain within the hour. The dough was slimy and gummy. The cheese was almost non-existent. I want to know ... how you can screw up a basic cheese pizza? The store manager refused to refund my money, claiming that corporate had to issue a check refund. This says a lot about Pizza Hut -- it doesn't even trust its own employees or managers!!! And the really funny thing is that its employees certainly knew how to take my money! I have not received my refund or any apology letter as the store manager stated I would. So basically folks, Pizza Hut's employees know how to lie to your face and make awful pizza. Google made me give Pizza Hut at least one star for this rating but in reality it doesn't even deserve a star. Eat anywhere else!!
