I ordered 2 pizzas 30 minutes late no sauce called and waited over an hour for replacement pizzas

they still haven't brought mine 2 hrs later

I placed a future order an hour before I went to pick it up..... I get there and the cook has bumped the order; didn't even make it! Then the other 2 orders they packed with another order. So, we had to wait for all 11 pizzas to recook! The employee taking the money told me that I should have called it in because there were other future orders waiting to be made (my order was number 2 of the day!) and that there was another order that was $100 so essentially telling me that "my order isn't as important because I didn't spend as much money as the other customer!"

Overall, we were in the store for AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES just waiting on pizza to get ready... again.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I don't have the option to give 0 stars.

The manager is involved and the service is great! They are fast, friendly, and clean!
