Terrible Pizza Hut! Long wait for cold, dried out pizza. Given this place about 3 tries and it's always the same.

I came here to visit called pizza i ordered wings xtra crispy and a personal pan everything was excellent my wings were just as i asked the pizza was hot the crust was crispy this pizza hut was the best experience ever. Keep up the amazing work it feels good to know some companies still take pride un their food!!!

Everytime I order here its been prefect. Never had one complaint. SO ANYONE WHO READS THIS IGNORE ALL THE TARDS UNDER ME. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THERE TALKING ABOUT.

I have ordered from this store for years, and have always put up with long delivery times simply because the quality was always great, until tonight. After waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes, the two pan pizzas showed up stone cold.

The first phone call went unanswered after about 25 rings, so I hung up and called again. I spoke to Ashley, and she was professional and empathetic. she stated they were very busy (they always are) and that the pizzas did sit for about 30 minutes after coming out of the oven. I told her that they were unacceptable and i wanted a refund or two hot pizzas. She agreed to remake them and send them as soon as they came out of the oven.

I'll follow up this review after they get here. Their store is less than 2 miles from my house....

After waiting an additional 45 minutes, called the store again and was told "new" order hadn't been made yet. After complaining that the original order was submitted almost 2 hours ago, she went to check on status and told me that they were leaving the store that minute. It seems they don't know what is going on. I'm going to follow up with the Store's General Manager on Monday and file a complaint.

[Update] almost 2.5 hours later, pizzas show, cold again.... I'm livid....

I have had many bad experiences with this Pizza Hut yet today I finally decided to write a review. This store cannot handle the business they get. They have too many orders and not enough staff to make accurate orders. The delivery time is almost always an hour or longer no matter the day of the week. I have NEVER received an accurate order from them. I order bone out wings, I get bone in. If I do actually get the bone out that I ordered, they are the wrong flavor. I have ordered my pizzas with alfredo sauce instead of marinara yet they never come out right. I will not go back.
