Pizza Hut, Jacksonville, Florida Restaurant Details

Twice now the order took longer to deliver than the long wait time estimated and both times the order was messed up in one way or another. I guess running a pizza joint is really tough nowadays. Thanks for the garbage experience

I have never had a worse pizza in my life. I ordered over the phone and the guy was rude to me while I was trying to place my order. The pizza itself was terrible, it was paper thin and only had sauce in the middle of the pizza. Because the pizza was so thin it was extremely tough and almost impossible to eat. The dough was so thin that it literaly could not support the weight of the sauce and couple pieces of beef so it just feel right through the middle of the pizza when I picked it up. I paid $14 for a pizza that taste terrible and is barely edible.

I drive into a parking lot to park and there were no spots. I am disabled and noticed that the pizza Hut delivery car was parked in the Handicapped space with no tag. Guy came out from his delivery, sat in the car and looked at paperwork while I waited 10 minutes for the spot. I finally parked behind him and got out. Took a picture of his car to send to corporate. Please don't do business with these lazy disgusting people who have no ethics. And yes, it was from this location. I like the way the only good reviews are from illiterate employees.

I would give negative stars if possible. Ordered online from this location, the place took several hours to deliver a cold pizza. Naturally, the company charged my card right away. I tried contacting the place several times and received no response. Terrible business.
