Pizza Hut, Laredo, Texas Restaurant Details

Order not correct . Corrected order only after arguing that I had ordered incorrectly. Food was good.

Food:

I ordered to my hotel. I order ultimate cheese lovers pizza, thin n crispy anytime I get pizza hut. Well they try to pass off a regular cheese pizza as a cheese lovers ($5 difference not including tax). So I call, I'm polite and told them "I think you made mistake on my order" and told them the story (blah blah). Anyway The girl who answers the phone has a little attitude I let it pass, she tells me her managers in the bathroom and put me on hold for 8 minutes. Then when she comes back on she acts like she can't here me after I respond several times she then tells me "my managers busy can you call back" (with attitude). Not worth my time so I ate a regular cheese pizza :-(

It took them like 2 hours to deliver a pizza.. Tried calling and they hanged up on me. Really bad service.

Food:

1.5 hour average delivery time. Order not correct (wrong size, crust, toppings and cold). Pizza hut pizza is not that great to begin with but they have improved some in the last couple years. This location is like old Pizza Hut quality and the ingredients and pizza is beyond terrible. Hands down the worst tasting pizza I have ever had! Store bought $1 pizza puts this to shame. Customer service is just as bad. Avoid this location at all costs.

Don't go here. They don't welcome you or wait on you. There's one right up the road off 83, north. Go there instead and save yourself the trouble!
