Disappointed in the pasta tonight

Earlier today I had a HORRIBLE experience ordering food via phone. The manager Chris insisted that their store has never delivered to my house, and then stated they would do it this time but never again. After which i asked to talk to management (which is what they told me to do if i ever had trouble ordering a pizza, Seeing how im a regular customer. Not only did he hang up on me, but he was extremely rude when I called back. He tried to hang up again, but a fellow employee apologized on his behalf and took our order and got our pizza delivered.

its terrible when your employees have to apologize on your managers behalf. looks like you need to management!

They brought me uncooked chicken wings that were bleeding in the middle so I called back and told them what just took place so he did have more delivered only to see that they were the wrong flavor of wings...... Never will order from there AGAIN!!!!

Absolutely LOVED the new garlic butter crust!! So fresh and wonderful! Pepperoni and onion! Very convenient with the pick up window at the Maple Valley location! Thanks!

I have ordered from there two times in the past week and both time I had phenomenal service from start to finish. The are super fast both times and had my food to me in 30 minutes. The second time I ordered they brought me the wrong bread sticks which would have been totally fine I can live without extra garlic butter but the driver and manager insisted that The bring me the right ones and within a few minutes I had another order of bread sticks. Excellent customer service.
