Pizza Hut, Memphis, Tennessee, Family Style Restaurant Details

Food:

Absolute garbage. Never delivers the pizza on time. Sometimes takes an hour and a half to two hours. The nearest Papa John's takes twenty to thirty minutes at most.

In addition, the waffle fries suck and they don't use enough bread in the pizza. The pasta is acceptable, but rarely hot on arrival.

I'm ****** pissed off. I called in and waited 20 minutes before going up there. Had to wait another 20-30 minutes because I guess they hadn't made it yet idk. On top of that the pizza doesn't really look that great. Like it was kind of a sloppy put together. I was debating on writing this but this pissed me off. I'm irritated by Pizza Hut right now.

This is by far the worst location I have done business with. They delivered it 40 minutes after promised and then the driver acts as if he has an attitude when he was late, not to mention he didn't have correct change to give him. I highly recommend going to another location. This one sucks

It establishment is unacceptable. I called in an order at 12:50 a.m. and they said it would be 1 hr 15 mins. I called back around 2:10 p.m. and they said the driver had left. I called back again at 2:20 p.m. and they said the driver should be here momentarily. When it hadn't not arrived at 2:35 p.m. I called again and they said they would take $4.00 off the order and the driver should be here.

The driver arrived at 2:45 p.m. and all he said was "I'm only 30 mins. late!" What terrible service!!! The pizza was cold and it was obvious that this Pizza Hut does not care about their customers. We will not order from them again.

ORDERED WINGS AND THEY WERE SERVED TO MY FAMILY RAW. BLOOD DRIPPING OF THE BONES. WASTED 2 HOURS GETTING THE FOOD THEN A REFUND. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. DO YOUR HEALTH A FAVOR. DONT EAT HERE
