They made a small inconsequential mistake on my order. They called me, apologized, remade the order and gave me the incorrect order as well. It is rare these days to see this level of service from a chain. Food is what you would expect from pizza Hut.

This has had to be one of the most awesome pizzas I've ever had. Service is ok. Food is great. (They cook the deep dish perfectly) Not much else. Overall a great Pizza Hut. I recommend it to anyone wanting a good pizza.

Very difficult to order a special, they do not seem to want or try to take care of the customer.

The people working there were very nice and decor was typical Pizza Hut. Food though... lousy! Got a pan pizza and was undercooked so crust was not crispy as it should be. The boneless chicken wings were the worst I've ever tasted... fried and dried up chunks of chicken-like nuggets. McDonalds Chicken McNuggets are better... and I don't like those either! This area needs a GOOD, old-fashioned, handmade Italian pizza place. Haven't found one yet in Punta Gorda area worth writing about. Too bad.

Ordered a pizza online. They charged my card, but did not receive the order. I called the Jones Loop location and the girl that answered was completely rude and in fact an idiot with no customer service skills. Because of this experience I will not order from Pizza Hut again.
