Pizza Hut, Rochester, New York Restaurant Details

Food:

Pizza is very consistent. Some of my favorite places to eat aren't necessarily the most luxurious. Example: this Pizza Hut, and Rocky's.

Food:

Sat on hold for 10 min before I hung up and tried to call back several times over the course of an hour in which the phone was never answered again

I'm surprised to see all the bad reviews since i actually drive to this location rather than deal with the east ridge store lol anyways I've been going here for about a year now and haven't had any serious issues like the other location. The employees are ok... not customer service nice but i'm just in and out.. i don't dine -in. they put on enough toppings and the crust is usually cooked well enough. You really can't beat the online specials and i haven't found any local pizza to be that much better the the hutt sadly

Deliveries are consistently 30-60 minutes late, this is either from them hiring inept drivers or them not paying attention to online orders but so far in the last year all 5 of 5 orders were late and cold. IF, I decide to give this location another chance it will be a pick up order that is made in-store I'm done with their delivery service and online orders.

Food:

This Pizza Hut has been here a long, long time and they really need to tear it down and build a new one. The building is very old and beat up, and I wouldn't recommend dining in. I did once and the experience wasn't that great. However, my wife and I order pizza from there frequently and it is usually quite good. I do recommend doing carryout, however, instead of waiting for delivery. If you live close enough to just go pick it up your order is usually ready in about 20 minutes and you're good to go. I've never had an issue with the customer service.
