Pizza Hut, Rochester, New York Restaurant Details

Absolutely terrible staff! I ordered online from here and input my credit card information online and submitted. It was accepted and they gave me a delivery time. When the delivery lady showed up she said that we did not pay online so I said ok.. I did.. but considered it as a Pizza Hut system failure and told her that I just got into town from Canada so I don't have cash, can you call my credit card in? She called her manager and he said that they couldn't accept payment by phone.. ok. Trying to problem solve since I was so hungry I said I literally have $50 in quarters [they were US quarters, and they were rolled...] for a $33 bill I think that would be acceptable! She called her manager who told her to just leave.. obviously without giving us our pizza.. We have ordered dozens of times in the past and are very large tippers, I cannot understand how they can just do that to someone.

Helpful info: in this area Acme or Big Deal have great pizza, only Big Deal delivers.

Here is an idea for next time: do your job so professionals don't have to dig through their freezer after working a 60 hour week. Your terms say that you cannot accept bills larger that $20, but you never say you can't accept lower than $1!

the pizza was terrible. ...the breadsticks or cinamon sticks wernt fully cooked.....never ate food from pizza hut that I thought was nasty before....I was very disappointed nobody ate it, we gave it to the dog

Awful experience trying to cancel an order. Do not order unless you have at least an hour to hang out an wait on it. Will never order online again.
