Food:

Two words. SHORT STAFFED. My delivery arrived an hour after they said they were going to deliver (the wait was already an hour and a half from the time I placed the order) and I could tell the delivery man felt so bad for being late. He's the only delivery guy working on a freaking Friday night, and is running around like crazy trying to make all his stops. Shame on the franchise owner for not caring enough to take care of the staffing problem, which I believe is the root of all these terrible 1 star reviews. Stop being stingey and hire some real help to keep the BASIC store needs going. Take better care of your staff. I'm not going to sit here and pretened to be mad at those poor employees, where the real problem lies in the lap of some greedy, neclectful owner.

Food:

I would rate zero stars if I could. Placed an order for cinnastix and a brownie at 945, and not only did it take an hour to get our cold and stale order 5 blocks away, the brownie was non-existent and the cold, stale cinnastix didn't even have icing. Driver did not acknowledge the mistake while still within ear shot. Called the store immediately and was placed on hold until they turned off their phones at 11.

Food:

I GIVE UP!! I don't know why I continue to give this place my business. It's obvious they have more customers than they can handle because I don't matter to them... My latest experience with this location was a delivery that said 35 minutes before placing the order, changed to 1 hr after I placed and paid for the order and ultimately 2 hrs to deliver. The food was cold and stale, we had to warm it all back up in the oven. I call the number in the email confirmation wait 5 minutes before getting a person from their order/call center and then just transfers me to the actual store where I hold for another 10 minutes. Never got a hold of anybody after that... I GIVE UP!!! This place doesn't get anymore of my business. They won't miss it anyway.

Food:

Took over an hour to get our pizza. It was cold . was like eating next day left overs. Forgot our dipping sauce and one pizza we ordered was Canadian bacon and pineapple with real bacon on it too. We ended up with a pepperoni with pineapple. So we talked to manager got one sent free , it was cold! I wish I would have read reviews on this place. Normally very happy with pizza huts ! We are less than 2 miles away. Driver was friendly and got a good tip.

Food:

The place was a mess. Almost every table was dirty. One lady was working. No one else in site. The pizza was terribly small not satisfied at all. My during was just fizz. People waiting to pay. I honestly feel bad for the one hard worker keeping it running. She's the only one in the kitchen and the floor. This place was horrible management.
