Pizza Hut, Sevierville, Tennessee Restaurant Details

Requested a side salad and was charged $4.49 for a carryout salad, so asked them to refund it or give me another item at that price. They said they'll have to email corporate since I used a credit card and it will be approximately 17 days before I see a credit. How do i know they will even remember to do it? Why couldn't they just void the ticket or something? So strange!

Bad sauce and breads have poor flavor and happiness......also wasted money. Don't go back...!

Called in my order for pick up got told it would be ready in 15 to 20 I allowed 30 mins to pass I get there and get told they have to remake my pizza I have a type 1 diabetic daughter whos to eat by a certain time the girl behind the counter began to tell her life story about how she lived in Korea to another costumer 15 mins go by I asked if my pizza's was ready she said oops I forget to enter it what did you want again by this time im upset told her dont even worry about it we ended up having papa johns which was great

Disgusting that describes it in a sum. The tables where the only thing that was clean in the entire place the air is never on it smells like musk and surrounding each air vent is black mold I don't know how anyone could die in there maybe they just don't look up or down staff was rude did not eat because of the facility being so disgusting we left

I orded a pepperoni cheese crust pizza. It was extremely thin and cold. Worst service I ever had. I had order over a dozen times. Everybody go to Dominoes's. Have a good day!
