Pizza Hut, Waterville, Maine Restaurant Details

Ordered on like for the first time delivery was on time and guy was friendly food was delicious!

Wonderful service and pizza is what I remember from my younger days from Pizza Hut. Though much has changed over the years, it's still good food.

Ordered delivery at a low business hour (according to this) and it took a legitimate 2 hours for it to get here and it was cold by the time it got here. I don't live far from the store so there's no excuse.

There was nothing at all wrong with the food. It was the waitress. At first we felt that they probably didn't have enough staff on to cover but she was rude and our one pizza and bread sticks order, took 45-50 minutes. That was after she had already taken 20 minutes to take our order. She never apologized for the long wait, never said goodbye, thank you, or anything. We left and wished we had not left her any tip.

love pizza hut!! but i was thinking how awesome it would be if you guys took your breadsticks and butterfly them then add a layer of cheese,layer of bacon,layer of sausage, layer of pepperoni....... can you say yummy!!!
