Poor customer service, (they that have no clue, especially drive thru) Chicken tenders not completely cooked

Management OK. Majority of employees probably don't even know what customer service is. HORRIBLE. Food is hit or miss. sometimes it's the Popeyes we love, hot and tasty, flat out delicious. other times it's cold/warm old dry. I think it can do a complete 360 by just getting rid of a few of those women who refuse to do there jobs.

Food was good. But ordered shrimp & chicken combo. Got charged for chicken tender combo. Told the cashier, she asked for assistance from supervisor. And said you need to take care of this (not very happy) that I called her on this. Then supervisor credited my card. Charged me for the correct combo. Sign showed $6.49, got charged $7.29. These employee's do not care about their jobs.

Place is horrible bad customer service cold chicken cold fries sweet tea was not sweet no dipping sauce was the only one in drive through for 25 min.
