went to the drive-thru the manager Terry got my order I told her what I wanted I told her twice she repeated back I get home it's not what I want.
I asked her if she can do something for me and she said no and she sorry but that's it and I told him I call corporate office she said okay thank you no wonder they have a less than a 3 point rating

Didn't even get to order because the workers just ignored me and the woman behind me for deferral minutes while another girl played around with one of the cold in the back. Nice

Service sux they lost our order and 2 other orders. Took them 40 mins 2 give us OUR food! Smh

Shitty attitude and that was the manager very unprofessional......if I could rate it with Zero star I would!!!

I Ordered a 9 piece nugget combo......Waited more than 10 minutes with one vehicle ahead, got home and my Red Beans and Rice, which I Love tasted sour!!!! The Ice Tea was also old and very nasty, I had no napkins nor did they provide me with a spoon!!! I Love Popeye's Chicken and will continue to eat a your restaurant!!! Please pay attention to food temps and how old the food may be before you choose to serve me and many others!!!!
