Food:

not gonna lie.... I love Popeyes and I've been to other Popeyes restaurants in the lower 48 but this one here takes the cake for being the worst of all Popeyes restaurants.... some of the crew is ok but the rest are lazy as fûck.... and their alwayz out of something like corn, sweet tea, coleslaw like wtf and sometimes they are out of chicken and most of the times they get the order wrong or something is missing... I hope they get their shît together or I'm gonna have to stop going there....

Food:

My wife and I went on what we thought was going to be a real treat as we rarely eat out. It turned out to be a colossal dissapointment.

The drive through order was a fallacy. It was an order and sit in your idling car for 20 minutes order.

To add insult to injury they did not have mild chicken, shrimp or popcorn shrimp. We found out during the ordering process.

After we placed our order and waited for our food we went home and found out they did not get our order right and the chicken was less than satisfactory.

They missed the extra order of fries (we paid for them). They missed the mac and cheese side dish, the 3 piece all white meat meal consisted of one piece of white meat and two wings that looked like they came from a mini chicken. Of course wings are not white meat.

As my wife enjoys sewing we would have been better off taking the money we spent and buy fabric.

It used to be a really good place to eat. I feel bad for the associates who work there. It is obvious to me that management does not care about the folks who work there or their customers.

I dont know how this restaurant stays open. Every time I go there something is wrong. I wanted the special advertised on the board, but they were out of it. Then I wanted a gallon of tea, out. The chix was pretty good, but its just always something missing.

Went to the Popeyes on C Street and ordered 2 two piece combos 1 with white meat the other with dark meat. The cashier rung up the order correctly as I checked the receipt. I went to fill my drinks and returned to the counter the order was bagged and ready to go. I got home and opened the order and found two white meat dinners. I called the store and spoke with the person who answered explaining the mistake, she told me to bring the order back in. I live 20 minutes away from that branch and the roads were icy, I asked for a store credit for my next visit. She gave the phone to a manager who stated if I didn't bring the order back tonight there is nothing she could do. I said I'm not going to risk my safety by driving back over there and I would call the corporate office to
See if they could make it right, she stated we're a franchise good luck with that! On top of not getting the correct order the chicken was dried out.

Food:

Very very bad place to eat. The whole 3 piece dinner was so flavorless, the chicken was dry and flavorless. The corn on the cob was so hard and dry. So I call Popeye's office and was ask to go back to Popeye's chicken. When I got there the second the manager treated like o was there to steal from him. I will never go back there. And I will tell all my friends and family NOT to go there. So my rating for this place is an F and zero. Never go here again
