01/08/2014 11:06 pmOnce again the impossible has happened , how to make a really bad sub. Possibly a step up from subway which does not say much. |

01/09/2012 2:44 pmActually, I've never had a problem there, they are prompt and the food is fresh. The restaurant is clean and the servers are polite. I won't give 5 stars because they forget to cut the sandwiches as I've requested in the past, but other than that I am pleased with the store. |

10/26/2011 3:21 amEveryone is right the food is always good and fresh but the girls that work there are horribley rude! Especially the white girl. I will no longer be eating there due to all the rude employees. |

05/30/2011 11:20 pmThe food was good but the service was awful. I'm not sure what is up with the two girls behind the counter but they are like rude robots- no smile and all of their interactions with customers were not very authentic. The place was also not very clean (dirty ceiling tiles) and I'm not sure the A/C was even working. (Maybe thats why the staff were so rude.) At least their chocolate chip cookies are good. |

04/25/2011 4:28 pmHave gone to this Port of Subs for years, however today I was very very unhappy with the outcome of my purchase. Port of Subs gives outs cards that they stamp after very purchase of a sandwich and on your 13th visit the sandwich you purchase if free. The coupon states free small, medium or large sandwich. I have always gotten a large sandwich and it is free. Today the clerk told me that the small sandwich that I purchased would have to be the free one. NEVER NEVER before has this happened and I always purchase three sandwiches. If I would of know that then I should of gotten 3 large sandwiches and the large would be free. Sounds like today they made up a new rule. They also were not willing to give me the free large sandwich. Well, they have lost a valued customer of which we eat there at least once a week. Also, now there is a Subway across the street and for a few dollars difference on a sandwich they should of made the customer happy. I have also called the other Port of Subs that I go too and they said they always give the customer the free large sandwich if purchased. I am also going to tell everyone I know that goes to this store. |
