Excellent bakery. Great pastries and breakfast.
Just dropped a star because they burnt the fire out of my sandwich bread and put that side on the inside of the sandwich like I wouldn't know, come on now.

Friendly staff. Excellent lunch menu. Lunch time guitarist competed with customers and kitchen noise. Parking may call upon your driving creativity. We usually purchase a loaf of their bread and other tempting baked goods.

I had one morning in okc before returning to my bakery-starved suburban hometown. I chose Thunder and it didn't disappoint.

Cheddar or provolone on my breakfast croissant? I chose cheddar, but really appreciate having the choice. The croissant was buttery and full of flavor, would've been a meal by itself.

Cucumber and mint floated in the water dispenser.

Will definitely take a baguette and a few flavored croissants home with me.

This place was once great,not anymore. The food and bread are still excellent, if they have not run out. No bacon or sausage at 830am? Really? The last 3 times I have been there the coffee was either cold or the container was empty. The honey container was also empty and the employee was in no hurry at all to handle it. Also the price for a breakfast burrito is $6.50, and they charge extra for the meat, which is not clear on the menu. Over all the experience is ok but the service has gone way down due to a couple of employees to are slower than a herd of turtles and have no sense of customer service.

Excellent Double Baked Almond Croissants. Equal to Seattle's Bakery Nouveau, an International Award Winner. Congratulations to The Prairie Thunder Bakery!!!!!!! I am a devoted customer. Try the bakery - the best in OKC.
