The experience is akin to choosing the lunch equivalent of a mystery flavored dum dum pop! You know it'll probably taste OK, but you have no idea what you are actually eating.

As far as I can tell, the problem arose from a gross misunderstanding of what was being ordered over the phone, and in person at pick-up. Upon returning to work with our food, we realized that not one item we ordered was correct. (Wrong calzone fillings) I called to see if we could return one to either be remade or refunded.

Instead of immediately finding an amicable solution, the manager insisted on arguing that they confirmed it over the phone, in person, and they made them as ordered, no mistakes. (The food delivered neither matched the receipt, nor the original order)

He was pretty quick to rudely point the finger at me for screwing up the order. Money was returned for the uneaten calzone after two phone calls and much discussion.

Customer service is their last priority. Food's OK. Price is high for what you get. Will not revisit.

these guys suck. Rude, can't make an order correctly and when you ask them to fix their mistake they refuse. better off going to Jimmy John's next door. there should really be a zero star option.

Told me that they couldn't deliver when they are not even 5 minutes away... horrible place... they should just shut it down!!!! Especially if they don't want costumers!!!!

Awesome New York style pizza and kind foriegn staff! I eat there quite regularly and would more often if pizza was better for you.

Poor service, bad food, and rude staff make this one place I will not eat again.
