Food:

The most fascinating restaurant I've been to in a while. Everything is served raw (our minimally processed such as in a low temperature dehumidifier), the richness in taste is just unbelievable. Stick to the main dishes and you'll be happy though not overly full.
The cons:
- staters are too small for the price (2 spoons of something very pretty for $15)
- deserts (at least the ice cream parts) are a little too experimental or demanding for me.

Food:

first of all the food is ok. it's not bad.
the bill was over $200 for two people for the five courses.
was it worth it? Hell no!
the food was mediocre and the cost was as of high end gourmet.

Food:

Best vegan spot in the city. Try everything on the menu. Highly recommend the kale sushi and tamales. Great for the vegetarian or vegan in your life. Amazing large back patio as well.

Food:

Chic, extremely tasty food with beautiful plating - not exactly worth the price. For light fare on an afternoon, eating outside in their garden area is a lovely experience. I'm all for gourmet style smaller portions, but when the food is so light, there needs to be more of it for the price point. I have no complaints at all, other than the portion to price ratio.

One of the few gourmet raw vegan restaurants in the world. Uncooked food that is surprisingly delicious and presented beautifully. What makes this restaurant stand out is the attention to detail: the ambiance and courtyard bring a little romantic sanctuary to this busy Union Square neighborhood- a wonderful place for a date. Also, this was my neighborhood joint, and I could always count on the food tasting amazing day after day. You really can't go wrong with the tamales, sushi, lasagna, burger, or kelp noodles. There's a special place in my heart for their salads too: taco, falafel, and caesar salad. My favorite thing on their menu is their AMAZING mallomars and sundae. A bonus is I never gain weight eating this way. Enjoy!
