Our business orders from here about every 6-8 weeks. We fax in an order between 12-20 orders on a nice order form that is available on their website. I send it over an hour before the Noon rush. It instructs you to call and confirm to make sure they received it. It's happened before that they haven't received the fax even though I get a confirmation that it did go through. So I call after sending the fax a second time and the guy that answered the phone very rudly says was we got the fax. "click" I didn't even get a chance to ask when it would be ready nor did he offer to tell me. Funny how an order that brings in over $100 in revenue gets treated like this. I'll most likely be finding a different mexican place rather than deal with this frustration. Sad because everyone enjoys the food.

This is fast food Mexican . I think I have been spoiled by another local Mexican restaurant. I do want to say that the staff at this restaurant was very polite and helpful.

I was blown away by the service at this Qdoba!

The food was standard Qdoba food (I got a salad and my friend got a burrito )but I have never received such excellent service at a fast(ish) food restaurant before.

Someone came around and offered us free samples of chips and queso while we were eating, the manager came out to ask how our food was, and while we were finished and sat chatting someone came around and cleared our table for us. All of this was not excepted but was very appreciated!

Filling portions keep me coming back.

Pro: If I order without cheese and sour creme it feels pretty healthy.
Con: I don't eat it without sour cream and cheese very often.
