I've stayed there my last two trips to Rochester (from Nashville). The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Easy access to any part of the city. The room was clean and comfortable.

"No smoking" room wreaked of smoke... Employees arguing at the front desk...bad experience overall

Customer service was good. But hotel is the pits. Had in room power went out in room. Switched to another room heat didn't work.Last room they gave me was ok except for fridge was loud.Had to unplug to get some sleep.Will not stay there again .Was on business trip.

This is my third stay at the Radisson at each stay has been very good. The staff are very friendly, service was good and special thanks to Christy and Daniel. I was also a vendor at an Electronics show held at the hotel and it was well setup and catered. Look forward to my next vist.

The previous reviews are accurate. Try to go somewhere else. There is smell of air freshner all throughout the hotel. The bathroom in our room had hair everywhere and the heating didn't work properly. It's an older heading unit, one per room and it was very loud. It also smelled like smoke every time the fan came on. The heated pool was actually cold, and you could see ants all around. Also, we ended up in a room by a group of people who partied in their room all night long. When we reported them to the front desk, the personnel did nothing other than apologize. The walls are very thin, you can hear absolutely everything from every room around our the hallway. This is not a 3 star hotel, 2 at best.
