03/21/2011 7:57 pmNot only did we adore the atmosphere, the history of the place was great. Went here for dinner, ordered the salmon, thought it was a small portion when I got it, however, it hit the spot, filled me up with out pigging out like you would any other place. We were just steps away from the out door live music. The wait staff was on top of their game considering how busy they were. |

03/03/2011 7:18 pmI have been here before, and typically received good service and enjoyed my experience. However, recently I went there for a happy hour and had a terrible time. The service was awful, we ended up going to the bar for most our drinks and we did not get any of the happy hour pricing. Instead of trying to figure out our bill, since it was so messed up, we just split the check and left. My suggestion is to go there with a small group and do not expect happy hour pricing. |

11/27/2010 3:26 amThis is simply my favorite venue at P&L. The food is amazing and reasonably priced, drinks are the best, and staff is always making sure the good times keep rollin'! I recommend getting a Black Velvet if you are a beer fan...best drink and one of the few places you can find one in KC. |

08/30/2010 2:51 pmThe food is mediocre and expensive, and the drinks are way overpriced. The decor and place itself is nice, and when there's a good band playing, it can be a fun time. However the majority of my experiences there have included a rude staff and $7 Guinesses (12 oz, not even a pint). |

02/17/2010 4:09 amWhat a refreshing find this was! Expecting to see nothing but sports bars and steakhouses in the area, the Raglan Road Pub was the culinary highlight of our trip. The entertainment on Valentine's day was wonderful (very talented acoustic duo), as was the chocolate fondant with Irish cream. It was so good we went there the next evening in the snow just to have another dessert! Excellent decor, very friendly waitstaff. |
