05/19/2016 4:13 pmGreat experience! The fish tacos were amazing, also I love all of their craft beer. They are the oldest brewpub in Corpus. I recommend going and checking them out any time you are in Downtown Corpus!! Get a beer flight! |

04/20/2016 4:30 pmI personally know three people who work here. I wanted to go eat there, since I enjoy seafood and from Corpus. ALL three of them told me not to eat there; one of them is a family member and they stated, "we drop food sometimes, we use the same old grease just add clean grease to the used grease, we just rinse or dust off the food that we drop and serve it". Lastly, the employee do not eat there on break due to knowing how food is handled and how it is not kept up clean in the back. They said what the buyer doesn't know wont hurt them but it keeps the workers from eating there not unless they themselves have someone make the food for them and they know it's being done right. So, that's all it took for me to stay away, having personal insight from the workers is best. |

12/14/2015 10:48 pmIf I could rate it a zero I would. Extremely overpriced for the quality of food and service. Went for an early dinner on a Saturday. Only 4 other tables beside us and they were couples. Took the waiter 30 mins to get our drink order and 30 more to bring them. Tea was too strong with a stale old after taste. The sweet potato fries were not my style and cold anyway. They do not offer tartar sauce, only the "house" horse radish dip. Disgusting. Broccoli coleslaw was full of sugar, I MEAN SUGAR. Took another 45min to place dinner order for 7 people and 1 hour 15mins for food to come out. 2 in our table received their food 20mins after the rest of us. Had bathroom breaks in between all the waiting and you have to pass by waitstaff to and from and they will bump into you or shove by you to get to bar area or dining area. ENTIRE waitstaff, cashier staff, bar staff stood around chatting ignoring patrons. It was my mother's bday and so we politely ate and left and even tipped the waiter 100 dollars because WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AND RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO SKIP THIS PLACE. NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING SPECIAL, UPCLASS, OR WORTH IT TO GO HERE. BEWARE! |
