AWESOME PLACE FOR YOU AND THE KIDS! It's really awesome how they submerge you into this environment and make you feel like you're in the rainforest. I will say though that the food prices are a bit more on the expensive side but you are paying for the ambiance. However, you can't go wrong with entertainment.

The chola seating guests must have been wearing cement shoes. It took her 79 seconds to meander 6 feet. She looked at the guests with a blank stare that implied 7th grade education. Also, the giant fish tanks were empty. This is false advertisement I demand free smuckers jelly packs for 2 years. Finally, after 9 minutes of waiting we were seated, but with lunch menus! The rumble in my tummy was consistent of breakfast food cravings. I had to walk back to the mouth breather and ask for a breakfast menu.

Atmosphere is great during the jungle when you walk in and get seated. Kids will love seeing the animals spread around the floor. Always had great service when visiting and the food has been good.

The wait wasn't worth it! We waited 1 1/2 hrs. only to wait another 15 min. to actually get to our table. We waited almost an hour for our food. Service was terrible, our waiter forgot our daughters birthday dessert and they never sang to her. I didn't want to ask to remind him because we had already sat so long (we had been there 3 hours!!). The atmosphere is cool that is the only reason we stayed. The food was ok, if you don't mind a $16 cheeseburger as the least expensive option. We won't come back, we were very disappointed.

We order arrived during lunch time and had a 25 minute wait but it when by pretty fast walking around the shop area and looking at the fish tank. Once we got seated we order drinks and a Caesar salad right away and the waiter guy got it to us fairly fast.
We had the Strawberry Mojito and Mai Thai on the souvenir glass and those where very good. We shared "The Taste of the Islands" , A Caribbean coconut shrimp, dynamite scallops and shrimp and blackened Tilapia topped with a mango salsa served with mash potato. It turned out been the perfect size meal for two and we where very much happy and satisfied. Our server was nice and checked on us regularly. It's a nice place to enjoy a meal. many options to choose from
