Raleighwood Cinema Grill, Raleigh, North Carolina Restaurant Details

Food:

This was my first visit to a "cinema grill". The overall experience was ok. I liked having a table to sit at and the chairs were comfortable. It's a small, intimate venue as opposed to the large scale stadium seating you're used to in a typical cinema. The food was ok. Better than paying $15 for a drink and popcorn at a regular cinema.

I've always loved the movie-table-food-relax movie theaters, you don't have to juggle popcorn while finding a seat, or worry about a munchkin kicking the back of your seat.

I love how Raleighwood Cinemas is a small venue, it feels more intimate, more like home. However, the office chairs are uncomfortable after 30 minutes!

The staff was GREAT, friendly and personable and willing to work with me to accomodate my food restrictions.

I will definitely be back!

Been there several times. LOVE IT! They often play videos of live concerts before the main attraction. The food is good, if a bit pricey. But the seats are cheap and comfortable. And it's just all around good fun.

Movie screen and surround sound is nice. The chairs are like nicer office chairs, so they're comfortable. Movies prices are cheap, but the food is a little pricey. The food isn't bad, but you certainly won't remember it. If you want to grab food and a beer while watching a movie, this is the place to go. Get there a little early so you can be first in line and grab a good seat.

Love this place. First found out about Raleighwood when my son was invited to a birthday party here. The kids loved it - they show cartoons before the movie starts. Went back for a date night...enjoyed a great burger, husband had the crispy chicken sandwich and we shared a pitcher of Blue Moon. Having dinner and watching a movie at the same time - fun and we got home without breaking the bank between the sitter and the cost of the tickets!
