Very rarely get to go out. Just so happened we were able to treat ourselves and I really regret going to this Rallys. Should have known better every time we have gone to this location the food has been terrible. On top of poor service,the inability to understand the voice from the speaker, and the cold as ice food I found it disturbing that the young man that was standing at the other window was casually
holding his hand down his pants! I should have
just given back the food and been on my way.
Not to worry I'll never go back to this location
again! Tonight was such a disappointment! Wanted to do the survey offered on the back of the receipt but there was no store number so this will have to do.

It was good I usually had to wait a lot but I just waited until my order was ready they had great food

Service at this restaurant is poor. I have only gone a couple times. The lasttime I went I complained cause again my order was wrong, I kept telling the cashier I couldn't hear her so i'd pull up. She still got my order wrong and the mng defended her. They can forget my srrvice and I will make sure anyone I know does not go there. Save them the frustration. Talk about customer service. It was horrible.
