Ravioli House, Wildwood, New Jersey Restaurant Details

Food:

The absolute worst Italian food I have had in years. The eggplant appetizer said with peppers on the menu. No peppers. I ordered the baked ziti. I have had frozen entrees that were better than this. The pasta was overcooked till it was mushy and the over abundant amount of this jarrred like sauce was petty heavy on the salt. I had no problems with the service. Seated and waited on quickly but the food? Horrible. Check that. Beyond horrible. Stay away.

Meh. Its Italian-style food. About 50% overpriced, but that's par for the area, especially in-season. Meatballs and bolognese were bland. Ravioli were good, but I've had similar out of a frozen bag from Costco. Pizza was pretty good.

Price was about the same as anywhere else in the wildwood area. Service was very good. Food was so so. I would have no regrets if I never ate here again but the plate size isn't bad for the price.

Food was good - staff was great. Very good value. Spaghetti and Bolognese was very good, ravioli was very good as well.

Just had dinner here for the first time, we were seated after only about a 5 min wait. The service was ok, we received everything quickly but was disappointed that the bread they serve is just plain rolls that were not even warm & had no butter or oil to dip it in. We were expecting nice Italian bread & when we asked for butter or oil we received tiny packs of butter that wasn't even enough to spread.. we really wanted soup & salad & crusty bread more than an entrée so, that was a let down & when my daughter said she didn't really like the soup that she tried (she never had it before)they didn't offer to bring her a different one. I guess they didn't have to but it would have been nice if they did.
