09/21/2015 8:15 pmI am sad to give this review as I originally loved this place.... kinda. First time food was excellent service was so so. Second time we went back to try more of the menu as we are getting married in Jamaica we were looking to have a pre wedding dinner for those that couldn't make it maybe 50 or so people. Sat on the patio live music was great app came it was very good but then the problems started. Food came, wrong sides quickly taken care of but then our drinks came $10-$20 specialty drinks (alcoholic) no garnishes on top of terrible service we decided to contact a manager after we left. She assured me that is not how they do business there and sent me a $40 gift card to give them another try. So we went.. it was raining before we got there so the patio was empty except 4 or 5 tables and the live music. They told us that it was open but if it rained we had to go to the back of the list if we needed to move inside. We thought it was odd but agreed said no problem. We sat there for 35 mins with no server when we finally saw the manager (same one that sent the card) we told her our situation as well as I had told her their torch had went out and we smelled gas. She was dismissive and said oh they must of sat you before I closed the patio due to another storm cell coming and she was going to turn the gas off inside. Rushingly she said she would sent someone out immediately. So 5 mins later a new guy or busser comes out to take our order asked him about the new drink specials. He had no idea, asked him if they had the garnishes this time he said he didn't know but if they did he would throw it on there. Wtf! If they didn't have them we didn't want them. So we ordered the drinks we waited 10 more mins and he still wasn't back. So after 50-60 mins with no silverware or drinks or anything and having already spoken to a manager we decided to just walk out. The food is terrific but the service and management is not what I would call professional. I will be contacting corporate. Don't worry tho the 3 of us spent our $200 dollars elsewhere. |

04/13/2015 12:37 amFood is pretty good. Tastes like a normal franchise type place that sells primarily fish niche food. kinda high in sodium.. but what restaurant doesnt use a ton of salt. |
