one of the best health food stores in town! Great selection and staff has great knowledge about products they carry, unlike whole foods

Stopped in for the first time...WOW!!! Super friendly, helpful, wonderful staff (Debra the owner and her son Jacob). None of the attitude that you receive from the staff at the store on South St. Will be returning there for all my special nutrition needs.

Stopped in today to get some foods to follow a candida diet. The owner took about 15 min to help me find everything I needed and even suggested some awesome foods and recipes! Very happy (and full!) after day one of diet. Very happy!
