Red Hen was a great little "stumble upon." We were looking for a place with counter service, good coffee, and options for breakfast or lunch take aways, and this was it. I had a drip coffee and the B&J- I was not disappointed the mulitgrain bread was very fresh, the peanut butter was very creamy and the strawberry jelly was very fresh, not from a jar. There are stools by the window if you prefer to dine in. Also sampled were the everything bagel and maplt ham sandwich, which had a maple cream cheese spread and was served on a sweet potato pecan bread. No complaints form this group. Staff was very friendly, it's very reasonably priced.
