Red Lobster, Akron, Ohio Restaurant Details

Food:

Dirty plates and silverware. Tried to talk to manager, who argued with us and was very rude. I would never recommend going to this one.

Girlfriend and I made a last minute decision to hit up Red Lobster for the all you can eat shrimp deal. Went inside and was informed it would be about a 15-20 minute wait which we were OK with. Pacing back and forth in the lobby to the sounds of crying children in front of the lobster tank, I noticed the 15-20 minute deadline had already doubled. I'm not sure quite what was going on, but the hostess was continually tapping away at her seating computer the entire time we were there. She must have been reprogramming the operating system. Once seated, we both noticed that the restaurant was not even at half capacity. I wanted to give Red Lobster the benefit of the doubt, but this was just ridiculous. They had plenty of staff to cover all the people waiting...maybe they were trying to limit the amount of shrimp consumed at one time? Anyway, the service and endless shrimp made up for the 40+ minute wait in a half empty restaurant.

our waiter, Richard, was awesome! dont come here unless you are hungry. 15 dollar, 4 course meal is a good buy with unlimited biscuts. uhg. im so full! looks like most of dinner and dessert is going home in a box

we waited an hour plus an it was quite dead then we were never asked our sides but didnt recieve half our food an what we recieved all but 2 yes two breadedshrimp were so cold not edible an my hubby was supposed to get more then 2 shrimp an most of his captains platter missing when we finally got our server an asked about all the above we were told he was aware but it was because it was getting late well by now 930 been there over hour an a half ?were were charged for a beer my hubby didnt get an were so disappointed didnt box anything an my crab legs were so bad i was sick all night but thank you for worst experience we ever paid for -oh they did remove beer

We called an order in on the phone and it was very busy, but we were told it was going to cost a certain amount and yet we we went to pick up it was much more expensive than we were told it was going to cost. This was disappointing! I will probably not eat there again. Our salad dressing was wrong and we were not given any butter!
