Long wait, but really great lobster and shrimp

Went for a late lunch around 2:30pm on a Saturday. There seemed to be some confusion about seating, not just with us but with others we observed. One of the small plates that came with the biscuits had crust on it. The service was friendly but slow. Five floor sweepers were leaning against the wall in the seating area which I find inappropriate and the floors were dirty! The food was mediocre. Definitely not worth the price. I wish we had gone somewhere else. I don't think all Red Lobsters are this bad but we won't be eating at this one again.

Went about a month ago and the service was outstanding as was the food. We called the manager over to compliment the waitress. Going back today for the "Endless Shrimp".

My husband I went here tonight for dinner. Am very happy with the service we got. Our server was very nice and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our food.
