Red Lobster, Memphis, Tennessee, Seafood Restaurant Details

Food:

Went on Sunday night. A very short wait and everything started off pretty well. Got our drinks, ordered appetizers. The drinks came and we ordered the meal. The salad and biscuits came. Half way through the the salad the appetizers and entrees showed up.

The appetizers are supposed to come "before" the entrees. It was obvious that they put the entrees under heat lamps. It was a little dry but the flavor was good. Just not delivered or prepared with proper timing in mind. Around the time we should have been asked about deserts, we were delivered glasses of water. Every place else I have been, that comes right away, not at the end.

Food was good, service not so much.

Great food. Definetly a $$$ restaurant or on the higher end of $$; also, it's not fair to rate the price on this as $ when a mexican, cheaper, restaurant is rated as $$.

Food was very good as expected! But the service from Erica C. was excellent i waited for nothing i felt like a guest in her home. Would ask for her every time this restaurant cares

Not a bad Red Lobster! The wait is crazy during busy times, but I've had overall good experiences. Wait staff and food have always been fine.

I never eat here again horrible customer service the wait for table and when getting my food order being wrong the waitress response was horrible endless shrimp my ass wasnt worth the money i waited hr to be seated another 20mins for a water tea with lemon no refills glasses empty and another 37 minutes for my food to come out and when i ask for refill on shrimp extra lemon that was another 39 minutes never again ask for manager which never came $50.00 ticket wasnt worth it at all so if your considering the hwy 64 location i suggest you go some where else
