Wow... I'm attaching a picture of the order receipts and a red bull can I stared at for an hour waiting for my food while we could clearly see employees standing around. I never write reviews unless services is over the top good or bad. This was horrendous. Watched people next to us receive an appetizer and then their food while we wait for our appitizer and my girlfriends soup. The sight of the straws and fries on the floor broke the camels back and I let the server know we wanted to wash our hands clean of the situation. She then begged us to stay and eat for free but I did not want the food lamp heated burger. Never again, I repeat never again!

Food:

Ordered pasta there awhile ago and it was no good. Decided to give it another shot 2 years later and ordered French onion soup and some other appetizers. The appetizers were alright. The French onion soup was extremely salty to the point where I could not eat it and normally I like salty foods. It was supposed to come with garlic bread on the side and instead i was given what appeared to be one piece of an oversized burnt Crouton. I really couldn't believe the quality of food for the price. This place may have ok burgers but everything else sucks!

Can't give them any less than a 1 star! Hostess was cleaning off tables for every customer that came in, I counted 3 waitress's and 2 busboys and a bartender. No one was concerned about the backup. When we finally got our seat the table was soaked. Then we waited around for NO SERVICE. Decided to leave and tell the hostess who didn't really care and thought we were the ones in the wrong! This place need to change their attitude. This is not the first time this has happen. Will not return to this location! And will advise others to do the same!

This has got to be the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. My boyfriend went to pick up a chicken caesar salad for me as I could not leave work, and in the box is a old head of lettuce, cut in half with cheese sprinkled on it, cold chicken, and some lumps at the bottom of the box that may or may not be sundried tomatoes. I'm furious. I've worked in several restaurants, and I understand some days you just don't give a rats ass... but I hope karma comes back on you.

TERIBBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our server was very rude! She rushed us and even tried to pick what we could and couldn't order, she also have us dirty looks and even gave us dirty napkins each time we asked for new ones! She also kept some of our change and we didn't even give her permission! This red robbin sucks, do not waste your money and time. The hiring manager needs to do a better job on selecting employees.
