Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Boulder, Colorado Restaurant Details

I definitely get the I think its the Banzai Burger - whatever the pineapple and teriyaki burger is! but thats not the point of this review...

Im a student at CU and live nearby, I just wanted to write a small note: I go in every couple weeks, and without fail these guys are always doing anything they can to make my order as best it can be. Im a guy and I play sports-lets just say I burn a large amount of calories, when I order they always throw in extra teriyaki for me or work hard to make it the best price by giving me coupons etc.

I am just always impressed on how outgoing they are which is why I felt they deserved a review. Plus I have a big essay due tomorrow and I seem to be doing everything I need to do except the essay... (and after looking for the fifth time in the fridge I still havent found a magic copy of my essay already done for me)...

Another benefit of this place is that they are never busy! Which is good for me but I dont want them to go out of business cause in my opinion way better than larkburger across the street, more food lower price for us fat kids (by fat I mean I played Rugby for the Marines for 6 years).

I think one reason they arent busy is because they are forgot about being isolated in the safeway parking lot. Which I dont understand why larkburger is always packed for parking and more expensive and not as filling, right across the street is no line, lots of parking (though I live around the corner so I walk there on my way home), and way better service. Everytime I go I think, I need to come back, where larkburger I think I could have spent that and gotten way more at burgerworks.

Sidenote: larkburger isnt that bad my brother loves it and it probably is "healthier" but you're eating a burger, obviously the slight calorie difference isnt where you went wrong in your life.

In Closing: this restaurant is not some sitdown wait for some underpaid waitress to bring you food, its not some slap on ray of kroc put in the microwave. Its as good as burgers get without sitting down and paying triple for convenience of not having to do dishes. You just go in, order, they're fast friendly courteous and always trying to hook you up. Try it once! or if you want you can come write my stupid check in the box essay for me to support our crumbled greedy educational institutions, meanwhile Ill cook you the best burger you've ever had!

This is one of my favorite Red Robin restaurants in Colorado. They provide the best service and I've always had a great experience here. Don't forget to ask for their "baja ranch"

You gotta try the egg on your burger. It's great. I normally get a shake too but sometimes the vanilla shake tastes like there's a little almond extract in it so I'd go for chocolate.

11-11-12 UPDATE: you gotta try the new sweet and salty caramel shake. It has chunks of salt in it and believe it or not, it's delicious!
