Server was rude. Waited 45 min. For order never received our food. We asked our server about it and he said we could just pay for our beer. So we left just paying for our beer. Utmost dissapointment.

The service was amazing! Our server was Jermie and he was excellent! Our food came out cold and he took it back right away and had more food made for us, this food was hot add could be and delicious. Jermie and the manager were very apologetic and took care if us the rest of the night! We really appreciated the awesome service and great atmosphere! Thank you again for service that will surely bring us back to this red robin.

Service has gone downhill lately. We normally Come in for lunch on Sundays. Our last visit became our last visit. Slow service, cold food, and the staff didn't seem to care.

They did/do have a server named Shannon, and this review does not reflect him. If they had more employees like him we'd still be eating there.

Been there several times, was ok, not the greatest. Went for the last time lastnight (7/20/15). Super slow service but it was a Monday. Wasn't even busy. 45 minutes after ordering, got our food - cold. Manager got some new burgers going. They wound up no charging us. Left at 8PM, 2 hours after we got there. Our waiter seemed to have a nonchalant attitude. Had to ask him 5 times for napkins and water for our daughter, and still had to get another waiters attention. After all this, now dealing with an upset stomach and husband has food poisoning (not exaggerating). Will never set foot in that Red Robin ever again!

holy crap! that was awful. I am just now leaving, cold clam chowder and it was obvious upon arrival with the curdled layer on top and then brought me burnt ensenada chicken that was also cold from waiting in the window for too long. burnt yet cold ass chicken. the server was the only nice thing about this place, I still payed full price for only eating one of those crumby pieces of chicken
