Staff was friendly from walking in to walking out. The burgers are good and the bottomless fries or broccoli are awesome choices.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. We always seem to get seated in the same spot and typically have the same waitress who is always incredibly courteous and friendly. Food is always decent and comes out quick. They are always incredibly accommodating to any special requests and of course their rewards program really is worth it!

The food was good, tastes and hot, so no complaints on that.
But the first table my wife and I were seated at was sticky and dirty on my side. The next table we went to was not much better.
The glass my drink was in was gritty and dirty on the outside, and the knife I had was dirty too.
Not sure who is cleaning this place, but they fail at their job.

Server took too long and was too slow to get ower food. When the food came it was smaller then usual... I said ok maybe they changed their portion size. We ask for some ranch took her 15 minutes to get a cup of ranch. Then found a hair in my food and she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to finish my food.... I said no but she still charged me for the full price.... she tried to be nice and bring sum FREE fries but when she brought them to the table there was only 7-8 fries in there.. you could get more fries in a McDonald's kids meal then in that basket. ... took her 15 minutes to swipe a card.... Funny thing was that it wasn't even busy....

Free Birthday Burger is a lie. My son is a faithful Red Robin customer. This year on his birthday he decided to call and inquire about there free birthday burger advertisement. The service rep on the phone said yes, you can get a free burger on your birthday. He ordered the burger while on the phone and went in to pick it up. Showed his Id. Then they told him he had to have a rewards card. He showed them his rewards card which he happened to have in his wallet. Then they informed him he couldn't get his free burger because he hadn't registered the card online (which they failed to tell him when they gave him the card).
My son explained to them that he didn't know. He said, " what if I register right now on my phone". They said N0. He couldn't get the free burger because it takes 24 hours to register online?
Really? Is this good customer service? Are they so hard up that they can't honor a regular customer on his birthday? If they really wanted to couldn't they at least have said something like, "register the card today and will honor your free burger tomorrow"? This is just pitiful. That's the problem with some local businesses today, the more money they make the worst they treat their customers. So Sad.
