Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Raleigh, North Carolina Restaurant Details

Red Robin is always a favorite, when friends come in to town this is where they want to go. This location is great but can get very crowded. Service wise this is one of the better Red Robins I have been to. Really good food and options.

Only giving two stars because the service was great. Food was horrible. Worst one I've been two. Again though, great staff

I order the Prime Rib Dip and it was very skimpy on the meat and looked nothing like what is shown on the online menu. I sent in a comment on their website to let them know and had hoped they would contact me to discuss it but they never did. Tells me they don't really care. Too bad, it used to be good but has went downhill.

Ok, i had a bad experience here once but decided to return one more time. i took all five of my kids again for dinner we all ordered burgers which were phenomenal. i see other people have complained about the "endless" fries taking forever to come to you... that is true, also, i think they should send fries based on how many people are at your table. they bought one basket of fries for all five of my kids to share. i asked them several times to bring more than one basket at a time. also if the baskets were full it would cut down on the amount of times we have to request fries. besides that the service is always good and the waitresses are nice and friendly. i have learned to only order burgers and fries and go to another restaurant for other types of food. I would return to the restaurant for burgers with my kids.

Seven out of ten trips I have had horrible service , the endless fries usually never make it to me without asking at least once more. The restroom is so bad the health dept would close it. It is very noisy but I understand that. This past week I walked out . I ordered the 14 dollar hamburger on a ciabata bun, when it got to me it was cool to the touch and the bottom bun was soaked through, It took me an hour to get food and reorder it then after 20 minutes I just got up and walked out.

I doubt I ever go back
