Went to see Jukebox the Ghost at the Reef recently and it was a terrible experience. I would give the band five stars, but not the restaurant. We were told it was open seating and then asked to move from two different booths. There were no reserved signs or anything and the doors had been opened for about thirty minutes, so we figured everything else was free game. Most of the employees seemed very rushed and pretty rude. I would avoid this place unless the band it completely worth it (which jukebox the ghost was).

Great local place for grabbing drinks after work make sure and check out the roof top balcony.

The worst customer service in all of Boise. The food was good but that doesn't out way the fact that the staff is terrible.

Every time we visit we are always blown away at how Ana in the food is! And not to mention the wonderful festive drinks!
