While the pastry and breads are always adequate, today, after many years of my wife and I shopping there, I experienced abject rudeness by the individual who answered the telephone. Being in our 80s and somewhat slow in the AM, I decided to reserve by phone, dessert to bring for our hosts at lunch. I was told in a very unfriendly manner that this day, Mother's Day, being a holiday, they would not accept a reserved order. When I explained the reason for my call, the individual who sounded very haughty and proprietary, simply hung up on me. There are other finer bakeries in Huntington .. . . Let's try them.

Just moved to Huntington. Thought we'd try this bakery after driving past it last week. Purchased a half dozen assorted cupcakes. Everyone of them were so delicious. The employees were very helpful.. Even took the to offer a description of each flavor.

These were the words that came out of my boyfriend's mouth when he saw his Porsche 911 birthday cake from Reinwalds. I wanted to make his birthday extra special by ordering him a unique cake that he would truly remember. I searched around to find a reasonable place in the NYC, Long Island area. I often found places demanding a $250 minimum for 3D cakes. Being a law student, I honestly didn't have that kind of money to spend. I finally stumbled upon Reinwalds bakery online. Even though I only gave him one weeks notice, Bill and his staff managed to make me a gorgeous Porsche 911 cake for my boyfriend's birthday. It was also very delicious and only cost me $120!!! Extremely happy with this place and I would highly recommend it!

I have been going to Reinwalds for the last 15 years and have never been disappointed. Our wedding cake was beautiful and they have since made adorable special order cakes for my children's birthdays. We get all our holiday pies and cookies there and enjoy their desserts on a regular basis. If you like Crumbs cupcakes, try Reinwald's...they are even better!
