The only real complaint I have is that the pool and jacuzzi close at 6 p.m., when you can't check in till 4 and you only have till six to enjoy the pool and a jacuzzi and the next morning you must be out by 11 hardly give you any time to enjoy them . I think it should stay open till eight during the week and 10 on weekends after all it's not like they were lifeguards there the last four times I've been here. other than that my stay is very nice here and it always has been everyone has been very nice and accommodating and to me the rooms are pretty clean except you might want to Shampoo your rugs I wore white socks on your rugs for about 20 minutes and the bottoms became dirty. Fix those small problems and I will give you a much better rating

Worst casino experience in AC. Ask for a high floor, checked in early and was given 2 floors up from the bottom. Said they couldn't movie me, but gave me $40 off room. Okay whatever. Worst part....a bum who had no business being in the casino assaulted me and my girlfriend. He kicked our luggage and attempted to shove and hit us. When security got there, they just asked me "why didn't you hit him back?". So unprofessional.

Give it 0 stars but this site didn't give me an option of putting zero stars. This hotel was really disgusting. I called to reserve a room. I asked for 2 beds and non-smoking. The lady I spoke to stated she had this available. When we arrived at the hotel it was late at night. The hotel smelled so bad of smoke. There were other guests complaining of the rooms that they had booked. When we went to our rooms we saw that we had only one bed for 3 of us. It also smelled like cigarettes, which I had asked for a non- smoking room. I wanted to go down stairs and complain, but I was tired. Plus I remebered that there were alot more people complaining about their rooms and I heard they didn't have anymore rooms available. So we were stuck with this room. We could not sleep because of being so uncomfortable with all of us sleeping on one bed and the cigarette smell. Plus my daughter has breathing issues thats why we needed a non-smoking room. My husband then decided to sleep on the floor. In the morning we checked out and we complained to the manager. The manager practically told me off why we didn't say anything and she stated that the lady I reserved the hotel did need not actually know what rooms are available. First of all if I paid for a 2 bedroom non-smooking I expect to get this .I don't have time nor should I have to argue about what I paid for. Second why do they have people booking rooms if they do not know what rooms are available. Very Bad experience here. I would not recommend this hotel.

Had a nice stay. All the staff were very pleasant. My room was neat and in order when I arrived. My complaint is that the restaurants inside of the casino do not notify you before dining that discounts do not apply to their restaurants. I specifically asked at two restaurants if my discount would apply and I was told me "yes", "im not sure", and  "it should be since it's inside of he casino", but when I go to check out, I had a huge bill and was told that my discount (Groupon) did not apply for those restaurants that I chose to go to inside of the Resort Casino. But I do appreciate the manager Kristina, who allow me to use my discount before I left the hotel. One other complaint that I do have, is that I had to change my keys 4 times because they did not work every time I went to the room. So I had to run back downstairs to get new keys. That is very annoying when you're trying to get in your room and relax but can't get in and have to go back on the elevator downstairs to the front desk and then wait on a line to get new card keys. I do appreciate a clean room and friendly staff and all the services I needed to come to the room came in a timely fashion.

A shit hole. Plain and simple. The low end of what is already the low end of the casino industry in Atlantic City. Old--like most of its patrons. They don't even have a buffet anymore. It's basically a retirement home with slot machines. I can't imagine why anyone under the age of 80 would want to hang out there when you have modern casinos and hotels within a mile. It's got a food court like a mall in the middle of it. Wow.
