If I could give this place 0 stars, I would have. We have been going to this place for years after Rib-it closed down in the area. We used to order the beef ribs he-man racks and the portions were generous. About a year ago they had warned us that they had changed the portions of the platters. That should've been a red flag for me. They claimed it was better quality meat and you still got a lot. We used to get everything in tin foil trays. The portions were huge. The last time we ordered the he-man rack, those bastards literally robbed us. If I would've checked and saw the size of those tiny beef ribs, I would not have purchased it PERIOD! Everything was literally half the size of what it used to be, including the baked potatoes. The bones on the ribs were tiny and honestly the rib meat was average as it used to be. There's a reason there are 5 star ratings on here without any explanation. to make up for the unsatisfied costumers who gave lower ones whom noticed the drastic changes of the portions. It's bad enough they took the onion loaf off the menu, and now this hogwash?!?!? Stay away from this place! I don't know if the management changed or what. But they've lost a customer forever! I'll go to NY for some beef ribs from now on. They have plenty of places. Anytime a person has to travel to another city for something in my city should've provided, then you know it's pretty bad! I'd rather take the Acela to Manhattan round trip and pay for my meal and spend that amount of money than to ever eat here again!
