Don't bother wasting your money or time on this place. First of all it's not Mexican food, the waitress brought us chips and salsa, not salsa it was can tomatoes no taste.Enchiladas chunks of chicken wraped in flour tortillas, no seasoning with cheese on top, beans over cooked, rice out of a can.The worse food in Tulsa, just awful.

Did this place change ownership? It used to be the bomb and i looked forward to eating there when I came to tulsa. I ate there a few weeks ago for the 1st time in about 2 years. The chips were horrible. Not the same chips they used to have. Actually the last few time I've been there the chips were different both times. Not consistent at all.
The food just didn't seem to taste as good as it used to.

I've been going to Ricardo's since they opened in 1975. I have never found a better chile relleno! Sometimes I just have a plate of nachos with everything..... yummy!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I've eaten here for years. Although people may describe it bad, this is Texan Mexican food at it's finest. The Mexican food has just enough American culture added to it, as well. The quality is always finest, and the staff could not be more polite. If you like good Tex-Mex food, this is your place.

There is plenty of nice atmosphere, the wait staff was attentive, and the food arrived quickly. I had the dinner #4 which comes includes a chili relleno and two enchiladas with a side of guacamole. It was okay, not the best I have had but definitely okay. The enchiladas were made wroth corn tortillas which is not that common for this area but the corn tortillas were refreshing. The chips are not too thick and were crisp, the salsa could use some cilantro and I am pretty sure they fill their guacamole with banana. Overall the price is a bit higher than I like but I could recommend this place.
