03/25/2015 7:43 pmAWFUL ! at least for delivery, do not order for delivery, pizza arrived warm and soggy even when we were just 5 minutes away from the restaurant, besides that the paper was stick to the bottom of the pie and we couldn't eat it !, overloaded with veggies to the point that it was difficult to lift a slice to the mouth. 28 dollars + $5 tip ! NOT WORTHY !! |

01/03/2015 10:12 pmI ordered a Sicilian pie and 6 garlic knots. 2 of the knots were too burnt to eat as well as the entire crust on the pie. The entire time I was waiting for it, the counterperson was flirting with some guy who was in front at the take out counter. When the pie came out of the oven, they should have never sold it. I would have gladly waited for a pie that that wasn't too burnt to eat. If you want to throw away $20.15 this is the place to go. If you want good food, try someplace else. |

06/15/2014 10:33 amThe food is delicious. Their pizza has a great variety of specialty pies, the pie crust is nice and fluffy, and the other menu items like the Thai calamari or their heroes are just amazing. I did however have a few unpleasant exchanges over the phone when placing orders. The guy who answered the phone was impatient, rude and not very friendly. I've actually asked to speak to somebody else when recognizing his voice. So aside from one grumpy employee, richies is a wonderful pizzeria. |

12/28/2013 8:32 amMy family and I moved off of Long Island a few years back. When we returned for a visit, we discovered Richie’s Pizza near the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park. After eating “pizza” out of state, Richie’s was a “slice” of paradise. It isn’t like most pizza places that we’ve frequented. Everything is new, and the place is immaculate. We ordered a pie for the family, and savored every bite of the pizza that we had grown to miss. The crust was perfectly chewy, and you could taste the quality of the cheese and sauce that was lacking in those who claimed to be serving “real New York pizza.” Even my little one, who is very picky about the pizza that she’ll eat, ate two slices! |
